NASDAQ Suspends China Natural Gas, Inc.

NEW YORK, March 7, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market® (Nasdaq:NDAQ) announced that China Natural Gas, Inc. (CHNG), which has been subject to a trading halt since September 21, 2011, will be suspended from the NASDAQ Stock Market effective March 8, 2012. As a result of the suspension, China Natural Gas, Inc. may be eligible to resume trading in the over the counter market.
