Nasdaq Stockholm Welcomes Tre Kronor Property Investment to First North


Stockholm, November 10, 2017 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in Tre Kronor Property Investment AB’s shares (short name: 3KR) commenced today on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. Tre Kronor Property Investment belongs to the financial sector (sub sector: real estate) and is the 93rd company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2017.

Tre Kronor Property Investment is a Swedish real estate company specialized in food (e.g. grocery stores) and social services properties. Its current portfolio includes 72 properties with a total, rentable area of 78 987 square meters.
