Nasdaq Stockholm Welcomes Serneke Group to the Main Market


Stockholm, November 24, 2016 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announced that Serneke Group AB (short name: SRNKE B), a mid cap company within the industrial sector (subsector: construction & materials), has started trading of its shares on the main market of Nasdaq Stockholm. Serneke is the 73rd company to list at Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2016.

Founded in 2002, Serneke is a Swedish construction and project development group offering services within construction, civil engineering, project development and property management. The company primarily operates in the three metropolitan areas of Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmö, and its clients include both private companies as well as municipalities and government authorities.
