Founded in 2007, Botnia Exploration is an exploration company specialized in small-scale mining in the Northern parts of Sweden. “I am very excited to commence trading of our shares on Nasdaq First North as this is a natural step in our company’s development,” said Thomas Ljung, CEO of Botnia Exploration Holding. “We are well under way in our work with the intention of open a goldmine in Fäbodtjärn and Vargbäcken. As gold commonly is of big interest, we would like to share our story that a new Swedish goldmine is developing and by moving to Nasdaq First North, we are confident we can do so.”

“We welcome Botnia Exploration to Nasdaq First North,” said Adam Kostyál, SVP and Head of European listings at Nasdaq. “We congratulate Botnia Exploration on the successful listing, and look forward to support them on their continued journey as a Nasdaq First North listed company.”

Botnia Exploration Holding AB has appointed Erik Penser Bank AB as the Certified Adviser.
