NASDAQ OMX Welcomes Seamless Distribution to the Main Market


Stockholm, June 13, 2012 – NASDAQ OMX (NASDAQ:NDAQ) announced that Seamless Distribution AB (ticker symbol: SEAM), today starts trading of its shares on the main market of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Seamless is a Small Cap company within the Technology sector and has been listed on First North since 2006. Seamless is the second main market listing at NASDAQ OMX Nordic markets in 2012.

Seamless is a software innovation company specialized in solutions for Mobile Monetary transactions.
