Stockholm, July 19 2010 — NASDAQ OMX announces that trading in Central Asia Gold AB (CAG) shares commenced today on the First North Premier segment at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Central Asia Gold will belong to the Materials sector. Companies in the First North Premier segment commit to follow the disclosure rules of NASDAQ OMX Nordic main markets, and to apply International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for accounting and financial reports. Central Asia Gold is the 14th company to list at NASDAQ OMX in Europe in 2010 and the 22nd company to move the trading of its shares from NGM to NASDAQ OMX.
