NASDAQ OMX Files Form 8-K Announcing Entry into Material Definitive Agreement
On May 22, 2014, NASDAQ OMX filed a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission disclosing the entry by NASDAQ OMX into an Underwriting Agreement with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as representatives of the several underwriters listed on Schedule 1 thereto, relating to the sale by NASDAQ OMX of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.25% Senior Notes due 2024.
