Stockholm, September 21 2012 —NASDAQ OMX (NASDAQ: NDAQ) today announced that Mr. Adam Kostyal has been appointed Senior Vice President of NASDAQ OMX Corporate Client Group and head of European listing. Mr. Kostyal will head European listing and corporate solutions sales efforts for NASDAQ OMX effective immediately. Mr. Kostyal will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to Bruce Aust, Executive Vice President of Global Corporate Client Group.

Mr. Kostyal has been with NASDAQ OMX since 2001 and most recently he was Vice President of Market Technology sales responsible for sales and business development for the European, Central and Eastern European regions.
