NASDAQ OMX and Oppenheimer Host 14th Annual Israeli Equities Conference

NEW YORK, Feb. 22, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. today announced they will host the 14th Annual Israeli Equities Conference on February 23-24, 2010, at The Oppenheimer Executive Conference Center, 300 Madison Avenue, 3rd Floor, in New York City. 

This two-day conference will bring together more than 20 of Israel's leading companies representing a variety of industries and a range of market capitalization.  The format will consist of investor presentations, one-on-ones, and small group meetings.  This setting offers both investors and company management opportunities for intimate discussions on the business environment in Israel and globally.

Sixty-five Israeli companies with a total market capitalization of over $50 billion are listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market, an exchange of NASDAQ OMX. These companies represent 90% of the total number of Israeli companies listed on a U.S. exchange.
