NASDAQ Announces Technical Issue Involving American Capital Strategies
NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. ("NASDAQ(r)") (Nasdaq:NDAQ) announced today that on November 2, 2006, there were system errors involving trading in American Capital Strategies, Ltd. (Nasdaq:ACAS), which caused unusual trading volume and price movement.
American Capital Strategies, Ltd. American Capital is a publicly traded buyout and mezzanine fund with $11.5 billion of capital resources under management.
