Maureen raises fund to the Devin Laubi Foundation, which provides financial assistance to families of children with cancer. Founded in 2004, the foundation provides financial support for hundreds of families throughout New England and across the United States. After the death of their six-year old son, Devin, the Laubi family, with the assistance of Maureen Hancock, has raised significant funds to aid children with cancer.

Maureen Hancock has been a contributing member since the inception of the foundation. She was instrumental in the creation of the foundation. Maureen also assists families by offering comfort and guidance during the course of treatment at Boston's Children's Hospital, as well as Rhode Island's Hasbro Children's Hospital.
