Fifth Street Senior Floating Rate Corp. is a newly organized business development company that invests primarily in senior secured floating rate loans made to private middle market companies, generally in connection with investments by private equity sponsors. The company will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square to celebrate the recent initial public offering (IPO) of its stock, which began trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market on July 12, 2013.
