What: 

Exact Sciences Corporation (EXAS) will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square to mark National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, which is observed in March.

Colorectal cancer is the second-leading cause of cancer deaths, according to the American Cancer Society. Almost 150,000 new cases of colorectal cancer are diagnosed and approximately 50,000 people die from the disease every year.

In honor of the occasion, Kevin T. Conroy, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Maneesh K. Arora, Chief Financial Officer of Exact Sciences Corporation (EXAS), will preside over the NASDAQ Opening Bell.
