Delisting of Securities of Subaye, Inc., Capstone Therapeutics Corp., China Integrated Energy, Inc., Commonwealth Bankshares, Inc., First Mariner Bancorp, and PositiveID Corporation From The NASDAQ Stock Market

NEW YORK, Nov. 9, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Subaye, Inc. Subaye, Inc.'s stock was suspended on June 24, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Capstone Therapeutics Corp. Capstone Therapeutics Corp's stock was suspended on July 21, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of China Integrated Energy, Inc.  China Integrated Energy, Inc's stock was suspended on June 15, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Commonwealth Bankshares, Inc.  Commonwealth Bankshares, Inc.'s stock was suspended on October 05, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of First Mariner Bancorp.  First Mariner Bancorp's stock was suspended on September 01, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of PositiveID Corporation.  PositiveID Corporation's stock was suspended on September 02, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed. For news and additional information about the companies, including the basis for the delistings and whether the companies' securities are trading on another venue, please review the companies' public filings or contact the company directly.
