Delisting of Securities of Progen Pharmaceuticals Limited, First National Bancshares Inc. and United American Healthcare Corporation From The NASDAQ Stock Market

NEW YORK, July 15, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the ordinary shares of Progen Pharmaceuticals Limited. Progen Pharmaceuticals Limited's stock was suspended on July 2, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of First National Bancshares Inc. First National Bancshares Inc.'s stock was suspended on July 08, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of United American Healthcare Corporation. United American Healthcare Corporation's stock was suspended on July 12, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
