Delisting of Securities of Generex Biotechnology Corporation, Seahawk Drilling, Inc., Xinhua Sports and Entertainment Limited, Logic Devices Incorporated, and Conolog Corporation From The NASDAQ Stock Market

NEW YORK, March 21, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Generex Biotechnology Corporation. Generex Biotechnology Corporation's stock was suspended on October 21, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Seahawk Drilling, Inc. Seahawk Drilling, Inc.'s stock was suspended on February 24, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the American depositary shares of Xinhua Sports & Entertainment Limited. Xinhua Sports & Entertainment Limited's stock was suspended on March 8, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that that it will delist the common stock of Logic Devices Incorporated. Logic Devices Incorporated's stock was suspended on March 10, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of Conolog Corporation. Conolog Corporation's stock was suspended on February 2, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
