NEW YORK, Mar. 19, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc.’s stock was suspended on February 03, 2015 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Corporate Resource Services, Inc. Corporate Resource Services, Inc.’s stock was suspended on March 04, 2015 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Ivanhoe Energy, Inc. Ivanhoe Energy, Inc.’s stock was suspended on March 03, 2015 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the ordinary shares, unit, and warrant of Collabrium Japan Acquisition Corporation. Collabrium Japan Acquisition Corporation’s securities were suspended on February 04, 2015 and have not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
