Delisting of Securities of CDC Software Corporation, China CGame, Inc., The Princeton Review, Inc., Pinnacle Airlines Corp., and China Natural Gas, Inc. From The NASDAQ Stock Market

NEW YORK, April 19, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the american depositary shares of CDC Software Corporation. CDC Software Corporation's stock was suspended on December 12, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of China CGame, Inc. China CGame, Inc's stock was suspended on February 21, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of The Princeton Review, Inc. The Princeton Review, Inc.'s stock was suspended on April 03, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Pinnacle Airlines Corp. Pinnacle Airlines Corp.'s stock was suspended on April 11, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of China Natural Gas, Inc. China Natural Gas, Inc.'s stock was suspended on March 08, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
