What:

Community Bankers Trust Corporation, the holding company for Essex Bank, will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square. Essex Bank is a Virginia state bank with 19 full-service offices, 13 of which are in Virginia and six of which are in Maryland. The Bank also operates two loan production offices in Virginia. The Bank plans to open a new branch office in Annapolis, Maryland in March 2014 and a branch office at its new headquarters in Richmond, Virginia in April 2014.

In honor of the occasion, Rex Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer, will ring the Closing Bell.
