Athletes and Representatives of the 100th Millrose Games to Ring the NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell



What: Bernard Lagat, four-time Wanamaker Millrose Champion and two-time Olympic medalist, will preside over the closing bell in celebration of the 100th Millrose Games taking place at Madison Square Garden on Friday, February 2, 2007. Bernard will be joined by former Olympic track and field stars Eamonn Coghlan, Diane Dixon and Joetta Clark Diggs. About The Millrose Games:

The 100th running of the event will take place at Madison Square Garden on Friday, February 2nd at 6:30pm and will feature dozens of Olympians, top college and high school participants and a fastest kid in New York competition for 7- and 8-year-olds

Held annually since 1908, the Millrose Games is the nation's longest running invitational track meet and Madison Square Garden's longest running sporting event. The event will be broadcast live on ESPN2 and on tape the next day on NBC.
