Ainax AB listed at Stockholm Stock Exchange As of today, the holding company Ainax AB is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchanges O list. The purpose of Ainaxs business operations is to administer the Series A shares held in Scania aiming for the best possible return for the shareholders. The company holds 27,320,838 Series A shares in Scania, corresponding to 24.8 per cent of the votes and 13.7 per cent of the capital. Ainax AB was formed in 1999 and is located in Stockholm.
