Richard Taylor is the Senior Vice President of People Experience & Diversity at Nasdaq. In this role, Rich and his team strive to reimagine the future of work through purposeful values, transformational culture, visionary leaders, creative careers, and personalized recognition, ensuring diversity is at the heart of all of this.

As one of Nasdaq’s most senior LGBTQ+ executives, Rich also serves as a co-sponsor of The OPEN, the Out Proud Employees of Nasdaq.

Prior to Nasdaq, Rich held human resource leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks, LinkedIn, Applied Materials, Reuters and several tech startups.

Rich received his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Religion from Bates College and his master’s in Divinity from Harvard University.
