Michael Davis is Senior Vice President of Corporate Platforms Technology. In this role, Michael is responsible for the Nasdaq Governance, ESG, Nasdaq.com, and Investor Relations technology teams.

Since joining Nasdaq in 2020 as a Vice President in the Corporate Systems group, Michael has led several critical, high-profile projects supporting the company’s infrastructure and digital transformation efforts.
 
Michael brings more than two decades of experience driving software development, introducing innovative solutions, and enhancing client experiences. Before joining Nasdaq, Michael held senior roles at eBay, PayPal and Innovation Minds, a Silicon Valley startup.
