Matthew Rafter serves as Senior Vice President, Head of International Corporate Solutions. In his role, Matt is responsible for international sales, account management, and client success for all Corporate Solutions products, including Investor Relations Intelligence, Governance Solutions, and ESG offerings.

Matt brings more than 20 years of capital markets expertise to Nasdaq. In his previous role as Vice President of APAC and EMEA, Matt had successfully led the sales, account management, and client success teams for Nasdaq’s Investor Relations products in APAC and EMEA for over nine years. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Matt held several leadership roles in business development for Thomson Reuters, most recently Sales Manager, Investor Relations and Multimedia, APAC.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Business, Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology.
