Nasdaq supports fundamental human rights—both inside and outside our company—and demonstrates its commitment by enacting responsible workplace practices across our global enterprise. We screen suppliers against regulatory actions and enforcements indicating violations of human rights laws. We expect suppliers to follow all applicable laws and conduct themselves according to our published Human Rights Practice Statement.

    Environmental Sustainability

We are committed to continuing our ESG efforts at Nasdaq, leading the shift towards more sustainable and inclusive capital markets that serve all stakeholders. We engage and educate our stakeholders on climate risks and opportunities, providing ESG-focused solutions that help clients achieve their objectives.

In 2021, we signed a commitment with the      Science-Based Targets Initiative to set emission reduction targets in line with their framework      becoming active participants in the transition to a low carbon economy.

In addition to expanding our own ESG efforts, we intend to monitor our key suppliers' environmental performance and climate resilience and encourage them to adopt strategies in line with our    Environmental Practices Statement
