Barbara Kahn, Director of the Baker Retailing School at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, explains that consumers are channel agnostic and that is why retailers need to embrace and merge the online and offline verticals to create an experience. Ideas may be valid and exciting, but implementing and executing is something else entirely.
