NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stock index futures were mixed on Thursday as investors digested a deal in Washington to reopen the federal government and raise the debt ceiling in order to avoid a debt default. * Major U.S. stock indexes rose more than 1 percent Wednesday, with the Nasdaq hitting a 13-year high, after senators came to agreement to reopen the government through January 15 and raise the debt ceiling until February 7.
