Suspected Prowler Caught Following Dramatic 911 Call
A 29-year-old man is facing burglary charges after being caught inside a home in West Covina. Police were already on their way to a report of a prowler on West Lucille Avenue Tuesday evening when a frantic 911 came in from frightened residents at another home reporting an intruder. Several residents of the home including two female adults, a 15-year-old girl, a 1-year-old, and a 6-month-old infant locked themselves in the back bedroom of the residence.
