Bloomberg Announces Odd-Even Gas Rationing
Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced an odd-even license plate system for gasoline and diesel purchases as a government effort to reduce long wait times at the pumps. The gas rationing rule goes into effect Friday, Nov. 9.
