U.K., France Support Involvement of U.S. Congress in Deciding Action Against Syria - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

European officials say President Barack Obama is making the right decision to seek permission from the U.S. Congress before striking Syria. The Obama administration is blaming the Syrian government for a chemical weapons attack that killed more than 1,000 people, and wants to draw up support for military action in response to the attack. French Interior Minister Manuel Valls says France will wait for the U.S. Congress to vote on the issue.
