Twin Car Bombs Hit Dagestan - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Two car bombs kill at least four people Monday in one of the bloodiest attacks this year in Dagestan, a turbulent province in Russia's North Caucasus region. Dozens were wounded in the attacks. Car bombs, suicide bombings and firefights are common in Dagestan, which is at the center of an Islamist insurgency. Authorities say the explosions took place within a few minutes near a government building and appears to have been detonated by remote control.
