To Beat Carl Icahn, Lions Gate Admits It Committed Wrongdoing, Settles SEC Charges - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

A few years ago, before The Hunger Games became a smash hit for Lions Gate Entertainment, the television and movie studio was waging its own real life takeover battle against billionaire Carl Icahn. Starting in 2004, Rachesky began accumulating a significant share position in Lions Gate.
