Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox Give Booster to July Retail Sales - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Next-generation consoles helped boost gaming software and hardware sales in the U.S. since June. Video game sales, including hardware and accessories, jumped 16% from a year earlier to $514.3 million, according to market researcher NPD Group.
