President Talks Afghanistan, Guantanamo Bay and Iran in State of the Union Address - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

President Barack Obama's fifth State of the Union address included a number of foreign policy issues. He told a joint session of Congress and the nation that the U.S. mission in Afghanistan is changing, and the America presence in that country is nearing an end. He called on Congress to close the U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Obama also weighed-in on American diplomatic efforts to get Iran to end its nuclear program.
