Philippines Clean-Up Begins After Typhoon's Devastation - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Residents in western Samar were trying to recover what they could on Tuesday following the devastating typhoon that hit the central Philippines. The typhoon had levelled Basey, a seaside town in Samar province about 10 km (6 miles) across a bay from Tacloban. About 2,000 people were missing in Basey, its governor said. Tacloban city had bore the brunt of Super Typhoon Haiyan and officials say thousands may have been killed in their city alone, many drowning in a tsunami-like wall of seawater.
