ETFs, mutual funds and venture capitalists are buying Africa's growth story. For one, PanAfrican Investment, founded in 2012 with the personal capital of Richard Parsons and Ronald Lauder, has made several interesting investments in Africa. TheStreet's Cherella Cox chats with PanAfrican Investment CEO Dana Reed about the apprehension and allure of Africa.
