Pain in Spain Eases but Not Cured Yet - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

In the depths of winter, February turned out to be a brighter month for Spain. Unemployment fell slightly - and it wasn't due to seasonal jobs. The fall was less than 1% but it was the first February drop since Spain's financial crisis began in 2007. Add to that data showing the manufacturing sector expanded in February for the third month in a row - and at its strongest pace in almost 4 years - and there's reason for optimism.
