One Arrested With Opium Valued at 10 Million Rupees - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

A man was arrested with five kilograms of opium valued at Rs.1 crore in the international market, police said Friday. Gurpreet Singh, 28, who runs a roadside eatery in New Delhi, was arrested Wednesday from the Alipur area of west Delhi where he had gone to deliver the opium consignment to one of his contacts. Gurpreet told police he would procure opium from the border areas of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh and supply it to customers in Delhi and Punjab.
