Officials Bring Down Huge Heroin Ring After Year Long Investigation - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Police are charging 11 men in connection with a drug ring in Lancaster County, Penn., that they said distributed at least a half million dollars worth of heroin in the last year. Police said the ring leader is Conde Santiago, who’s responsible for selling heroin with brand names like Lady Bug and Super Power to customers outside his house at 50 Stevens Avenue in the City of Lancaster.
