Officials Blame Woman from Russia's Volatile Region For Suicide Bombing - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Officials in Russia are investigating a deadly suicide bombing that killed at least six and wounded dozens. The bombing happened in the southern city of Volgograd, just hundreds of kilometers north of the volatile North Caucasus region. A camera installed on the dashboard of a car caught the moment of the explosion on tape. Officials have blamed the attack on a suspect from Russia's mainly Muslim North Caucasus region.
