Obama's Plans to Lift U.S. Oil Export Ban Might Be Year's Away - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

The U.S. Commerce Department approved Pioneer Natural Resources to export stabilized condensate, which analysts suggest is an early step that may eventually lead to lifting the ban on U.S. crude oil exports. TheStreet's Stephanie Link tells Joe Deaux this is possible, but such action may not occur for many more years.
