The CEO of Lenovo -- the worlds' biggest personal computer maker is at it again! Yang Yuanqing is sharing his bonus with some 10,000 workers -- for the second year in a row. His bonus? Oh, it's just over $3 million, which means the average payment will be $325 -- that's about a month's pay for most of the workers. Does sharing your bonus with workers boost morale? Must be since Lenovo posted a revenue of $34 billion dollars over the past year. So why don't more companies follow suit?
