Israeli and Palestinian negotiators arrived at the U.S. State Department in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, for their second day of peace talks. The talks began on Monday evening in a U.S.-brokered effort that Secretary of State John Kerry hopes will end the conflict, despite deep divisions. The talks are headed on the Israeli side by Justice Minister Tzipi Livni and Yitzhak Molcho, a close aid to Netanyahu, while the Palestinian delegation is led by chief negotiator Saeb Erekat.
