In the Face of a Bubble, Shanghai Scales New Heights - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

What will soon be China's tallest building -- the Shanghai Tower -- coming up fast. But it's scheduled to open in the next two years - just as the economy is slowing and a commercial property construction boom is raising concerns of a glut. At 632 meters this spiral skyscraper will be the world's tallest behind Dubai's Burj Khalifa. I met with Shanghai Tower's President Gu Jianping and asked him why he was confident enough to make this move.
