Home Price Gains Slow In June - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

A closely-watched barometer of the housing market shows that U.S. home prices in June rose at their slowest annual pace since early 2013. The Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller 20-city home price index, released Tuesday, increased 8.1% in June from 12 months earlier. That's down from 9.3% in the previous month, and annual gains of 10% to 12% each month since March 2013. June's year-over-year gain is the smallest since January 2013's, of 8.27%.
