Hoffman's Death Was Acute Drug Intoxication; Kutcher, Kunis Reportedly Engaged - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Philip Seymour Hoffman died of an accidental overdose of drugs, the New York City Chief Medical Examiner said on Friday (February 28). The cause of death was acute drug intoxication, including heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines and amphetamine. The actor was found dead in his New York apartment on February 2 with a needle in his arm.
