Federal Government Back Open For Business - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Federal employees are returning to work for the first time on Thursday after Congress reached an 11th hour deal to reopen the government and raise the debt ceiling. More than 300,000 workers were furloughed during the 16-day shutdown. The White House has directed all federal agencies to reopen immediately. Barricades will be coming down, national monuments and museums will be back open for business. The shutdown cost the economy an estimated 24 billion dollars.
