FCC Set to Take Up Net Neutrality and What Consumers Will Pay - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

The Federal Communications Commission is set to begin hearings on the issue of 'Net Neutrality' on Thursday. At issue is whether broadband providers can charge big entertainment companies more to stream their content at faster speeds. TheStreet's Media expert and Deputy Managing Editor Leon Lazaroff explains that while large entertainment companies, like 21st Century Fox and Walt Disney will be able to afford higher broadband rates.
