Egypt Tightens Security Ahead of Planned Brotherhood Protests - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

The Egyptian military deployed on Friday to guard "vital installations" in Cairo ahead of protests called by supporters of deposed president Mohamed Mursi. At exits to the 6th of October Bridge, APCs and soldiers gradually funnelled through the traffic.
