Driver Charged With Manslaughter in Deaths of Rescuers - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Last August a young California man ran his SUV into a fire hydrant and knocked down an electric pole. Two of the people who came to his rescue stepped in the water near the downed power lines and were electrocuted. The then 19-year-old driver is now facing charges of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence as a result.
